Building upon 50 years of design and manufacturing experience in Japan, we have further developed and improved our new products using advanced digital analysis technology. The impellers feature a progressive helical design that ensures high overall efficiency, superior material quality, long lifespan, and low noise levels. With forced lubrication, high compression ratio, high rotor balancing precision, minimal vibration, and long-term operational safety, our blowers are built to perform reliably. The main components are processed using CNC equipment, and the gears are manufactured to a precision level of 5, ensuring high product accuracy and reliable operation. The housing and side plates adopt a modular structure, facilitating maintenance. The compact design results in a small footprint and light weight. Overall, our three-lobe Roots blowers offer improved total adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency, making them particularly suitable for applications requiring excellent air flow and pressure characteristics.

 

Through the design of impeller rotation direction, our blowers can be used as reliable substitutes for vacuum pumps under negative pressure conditions.

Our factory is equipped with advanced imported machinery, including three 6-station CNC machining centers from Japan, two Mori Seiki CNC lathes from Japan, two Daewoo CNC lathes from Korea, and three specialized machines for CNC housing processing from Japan. The high degree of automation ensures the reliability of each product's precision.

Applications of our three-lobe Roots blowers

Sewage treatment: Mainly used for aeration and drug mixing in sewage tanks at sewage treatment plants.

Aquaculture: Used as oxygenators in fish ponds to supply oxygen to fish and shrimp by means of underwater aeration, overcoming the limitations of traditional oxygenators in terms of efficiency.

Powder conveying: Used for the transportation of various powders such as flour, cement, feed, and granular fertilizers.

Air conveying: Used for supplying air to combustion furnaces in thermal power plants to improve combustion efficiency. Can also be used for coal powder flushing. Also suitable for air-powered systems in port terminals for handling powdered cargo. Can be used for the rapid and uniform cooling of high-temperature equipment, such as rapidly and evenly cooling the engines of fighter jets after landing.

Flocking cloth production: In the production process of melt-blown non-woven fabric, our blowers are used to transport plastic granules to the feeder in the production system. The plastic granules (polypropylene) are melted through an extruder and sprayed through spinnerets to form fibers. Under the high-speed (13,000 m/min) hot airflow from the melt-blown blower, the fibers are subjected to strong stretching, forming extremely fine short fibers that are then deposited on a mesh curtain. Since the fibers maintain a high temperature even after condensing into a network, they adhere to each other and form melt-blown non-woven fabric, which can then be rolled and packaged.

Vacuum packaging: Our blowers can be used as vacuum pumps under negative pressure conditions, making them suitable for vacuum packaging of various food and pharmaceutical products.
